Sitting here diving deep inside of myself. I have so many questions and I have so much to say. But all I hear from spirit is to be still. •

• I call out to my spirit guides, to God, to Archangel Raziel and to my ancestors for help. I need clarity. And again, I just keep hearing that I need to be still. •

• My mind needs to be still, my body needs to be still, and like these ducks sitting on the dirt on the other side of this stream right in front me, not sleeping, but just sitting. They are still. •

• It’s in stillness that we can listen to the intuitive guidance that God gives us. It’s in stillness and solitude that we can dive deep into our souls and feel out our next step. •

• I take my shoes off and my socks 🙊(hehe) and I let my bare feet sink into the grass. I take a deep breath in and feel the earth beneath me. I feel mother earths energy as I connect with her. As I connect with spirit here in this beautiful moment... I am still ❤️ •
